Throughout my 20-year career, I have prioritized establishing strong, positive, and honest rapport with colleagues and clients—most recently consulting and coaching in the creative design and technology space to champion healthy, robust, and inspiring workplaces where employees thrive.  

I was born and raised in Washington state, and I have called Seattle home for the last two decades.  Importantly, I appreciate a good bit of humor and try not to take myself too seriously, as best I can. This will absolutely show up in our work together. 

I am currently licensed in Washington State as a Mental Health Counselor Associate (61493935) and receive supervision under Lara Effland, LICSW (60740145).
